My First Event
After 7 years of Geocaching, I've decided to host my first event. I've spoken to several places and I've got the perfect place for the event. I've been able to get a nice area reserved on the second floor so we've got a whole floor to ourselves. There's a 40" TV on the wall which will be showing the Geocaching Film. Once I've sent the form in, it should hopefully be approved and then any attenders to the event will get the GIFF 2018 Souvenir for your profile.

18:00 - 21:30 or until the last person leaves
The film will begin at around 19:30 and will last for roughly 1 hour.
Venue
The Lea Gate is a place I've been to a lot in the past 15 years. It's reasonably priced and serves great food. Here's their menu - Click here for menu
There is free parking next to the restaurant
You can have a meal, a drink or just stay and have some GeoChat and watch the film.
There is some outdoor seating so dogs can come as well but as it is inside the film, they unfortunately won't be allowed inside the restaurant.
The second floor has been reserved for us and can fit at least 30 people. Once you've added your "Will Attend" log, I'll add your name to the list below. Please say how many people there'll be and if you'll be ordering food or not to help the venue out.
