Kuresaka Pass is a connecting Kusatsu Onsen and Sawatari Onsen.
The highest point of the pass is located at an altitude of 1,088 m and you can enjoy the views of the seasons.
暮坂峠は草津温泉と沢渡温泉を結ぶ峠です。
峠の最高点は標高1,088ｍに位置し、四季折々の景色が楽しめます。
若山牧水が愛した地とされておりキャッシュ近くの石碑には金属製の牧水像が配されていましたが金属窃盗団に盗まれてしばらくの間、足だけの状態でしたが現在はコンクリート製の牧水像が配置されました。
