After making my way all the way to the bottom of this section of the East Coast Trail to find "Anvil Rock" cache. I found myself having to trek back up the hill to get a cache I had to skip over and then back to the cache mobile.
Needless to say, going down the hill was much easier than hiking back up!! Luckily for this one you only have to go about halfway in either direction. Or, if you are hiking to get the series of CtB crew's hides then this will be a welcome rest stop along your route.
This is the second time I've found an empty spot in one of CtB crew series....I wonder if theyleft this little spot open on purpose? Either way this section of trail is now filled!!
Cache is an approx 400ml container tucked away so as not to be discovered accidentally. There aren't many places to hide a cache here so be carefull you don't step on it.
There will be absolutely no bushwacking required for this one, actually I went no more that 8-10 steps of the trail.
