Technically, it's the beginning, but who ever said, "He's at the beginning of his leash?" There's a path East of Nevers Park that allows people to walk from one neighborhood through another neighborhood and then into Nevers Park where you can walk your dog and/or take him/her to Bark Park to play with other dogs.
There's a sign at the beginning of this path (junction of Carriage Drive & Lipman Drive) that states you must leash and clean up after your dog.
