Willa, określana nazwą "Niespodzianka", zbudowana została na początku XX w., a do użytku oddano ją w 1906 r. Autorem projektu budynku był jego właściciel, architekt Józef Moszyński. Moszyński zaprojektował dom swoich marzeń łączący elementy pałacyku z wieżą i willi włoskiej. Willę otaczał duży ogród. Dziś piękna willa stoi opuszczona, powoli popadając w ruinę. Otaczający ją ogród również jest zaniedbany. Willę oddano w 2010 r. pod opiekę konserwatora zabytków. Może uda się uratować ten pełen uroku obiekt.

Villa, referred to as "Surprise", was built in the early twentieth century, and it was put into service in 1906, the building was designed by the owner, architect Joseph Moszyński. Moszyński your dream home designed by combining elements of the palace with a tower and an Italian villa. The villa surrounded by a large garden. Today, beautiful villa is lowered slowly falling into disrepair. The surrounding garden is also neglected. The villa was given in 2010 to the care of conservator. You may be able to save this charming property.
