This cache was inspired by my favourite story to tell campers as a cabin leader at summer camp by the same name. The story tells of a man who is so efficient at his job that he gets an all expense paid vacation to anywhere in the world. As he is preparing to leave, several people warn him not to stay at the pink flamingo hotel. However, as the story progresses, you discover that the pink flamingo hotel is the only available place to stay when he gets to his vacation spot and he enjoys it thoroughly. But upon his return the truth comes out and some very unfortunate things begin to happen. However, I've said too much already and the rest of the story must remain a camp secret.
This cache is a trackable hotel and has room for small trackables and coins. There is potentially room in the host for slightly larger trackables, but not in the container so it is up to your discretion if you feel they are safe there. The hotel is starting with 4 trackables and the FTF prize is an unclaimed tracking code from last year's Mary Hyde prize.
