Geocache Description:

A CITO event at Earlswood Lakes.

We have arranged this CITO event with Reigate & Banstead Borough Council. We will be tidying up the woods next to Earlswood Lakes and the surrounding areas.

As this event takes place during CITO week, you will earn a geocaching souvenir.

Where: Earlswood Lakes Car Park

When: Saturday 15th September 10am - 12noon

We will assemble next to the car park ready to start at 10am. The car park is free. There is a refreshment kiosk and toilets.

Once we have all arrived we will be briefed by the Parks Officer, and you will be provided with litter pickers, gloves and rubbish bags. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Well behaved dogs on leads are very welcome and dog owners must pick up after their dogs.

There will be an event log to sign and a container for trackables. Due to the location, this event is unsuitable for large trackables.

At 12noon we will reassemble next to the car park. If you want to bring your trackables along you will have an opportunity to swap them at this point. After that I will take some photos of the team with hopefully a huge rubbish pile.

When you post your "Will Attend" log it would be helpful if you say how many people will be coming with you. That way I can give the Parks Officer an indication of how many of us to expect.

Hope to see you there - it should be fun!
