Na wysokim bloku mieszkalnym przy ulicy Meander namalowany został duży czerwony niedźwiedź oraz niebieski motyl. Mural jest bardzo dobrze widoczny z pobliskiej ulicy KEN. Jest on największym i najbardziej okazałym muralem na Ursynowie.
Projekt z Budżetu Partycypacyjnego „Ursynowskie murale”, który poparło 952 mieszkańców zakładał stworzenie trzech wielkich malowideł na ścianach ursynowskich wieżowców. Na zlecenie dzielnicy powstały projekty: Stanisława Anioła z serialu „Alternatywy 4” - (ten mural również został wyróżniony skrytką), niedźwiedzia z motylem i pejaż z ptakami. Murale powstały na blokach Kazury 10, Meander 16 i Na Uboczu 4.
Koncepcja wyszła od Bartka Podlewskiego, po stwierdzeniu, że Ursynów ma wiele pustych i wielkich ścian budynków, które aż się proszą, aby coś z nimi zrobić. Podobne „upiększanie miasta” ma miejsce w wielu innych miejscach w Polsce, choćby w Białymstoku, Poznaniu czy Łodzi.
- Najpierw musieliśmy przebić się przez barierę informacyjną, bo wielu mieszkańców nie wiedziało czym dokładnie są te murale. Trzeba było pokazać, że to zupełnie coś innego niż graffiti na murze toru Służewiec – mówi pomysłodawca.
A large red bear and a blue butterfly were painted on a high block of flats at Meander Street. The mural is very visible from the nearby KEN street. It is the largest and most impressive mural in Ursynów.
The project from the Participatory Budget "Ursynowskie murals", which supported 952 residents, assumed the creation of three large paintings on the walls of Ursynów skyscrapers. On the order of the district, the following projects were created: Stanisław Anioł from the film series "Alternatywy 4" - (this mural was also awarded with a geocache), a bear with a butterfly and mural with birds. The murals were made on Kazury 10, Meander 16 and Na Uboczu 4 blocks.
The concept came from Bartek Podlewski, after finding that Ursynów has many empty and huge walls of buildings that ask for something to do with them. Similar "beautification of the city" takes place in many other places in Poland, for example in Białystok, Poznań or Łódź.
- First, we had to break through the information barrier, because many residents did not know what exactly these murals are. It was necessary to show that it is something completely different from graffiti on the Służewiec track wall - says the originator.
