This is an ammo container hidden near a small rock wall. It's in the woods about 30 metres from the trail. If searching in late August or early September, you will be able to find creeping snowberries all over the ground at ground zero. They are small, white berries, sort of shaped like tic tacs. They are edible and minty in flavour.
