Medium large container hanging in an exotic species in my old backyard. Lived here for 20 years until 9/8/2010, when 8 inches of rain from tropical storm Hermine pushed Rush Creek so high that at the cache site the water was 5 feet deep. Needless to say, over 50 houses were severally flooded. The City of Arlington offered to buy them and return the area to a park. All but one homeowner thought that was a pretty good idea. The local U.S. Congressman (J.B.) offered to let us buy flood insurance for future floods. . . . grrrr. At or near the cache coords you should be able to see remnants of our backyard, included many of the plants we installed. Also, in one of the larger trees there is a wire. The hook has long since been overgrown by the bark of the tree . . but it's in there. The old zip line is still attached to the wire. Good times at this spot! Hope you enjoy it as well! Oh yeah, if you see a cypress tree nearby, check it for hatchet marks from little Eric . . who liked to practice the art of random chopping of things . . . also grrr.
