This cache is not at the posted coordinates! But it is a good place to park.
Anytime I am on vacation and visiting hot spots for tourists I often look at the out of state license plates. It's fun to try to find a license plate from a state really far away.
The other day I happened to find 2 cars in a parking lot, side-by-side. They both had out of state license plates. As I was walking by with geocaching on my mind I stopped and looked at them. I thought to myself "wouldn't it be cool if I hid a cache based on these two license plates?" A light bulb turned on in my head. I took a quick picture with my phone (wish I checked the picture before I left as it is blurry I know) and went right to the spot the plates directed me to go. Once there I quickly found a good place to hide the cache.
California holds your North Coordinate while Texas has your West Coordinate. Decipher the numbers and letters to find your prize.
The solution is in the GPS format Decimal Degrees (40.591767 -112.034700) instead of the normal Degrees Minutes Seconds (DMS) format. So you will need to do some converting.
