An easy P&G that anyone can do. You'll get half the name when you arrive. The second half of the name is because there was a Red-Tailed Hawk squawking the whole time I was there. I hope you get to see one those majestic birds while searching for this cache.
[(Thought process) At first, I thought it was seagull squawking, so I changed my original thought from "Fish" to "Gulls", but neither are really prevalent in the area (so far inland, even though close to the river). Before I left, and because it kept squawking, I just had to know what it was. I spied the area to find a Red-Tailed Hawk high in a nearby tree. I used to work near Great River Park and recall many sightings of hawks, so finally decided on "Hawk" for the name, as it is the most appropriate. ]
