Geocache Description:

I remember reading these plaques way back in the 80s when I was up to no good. There was nothing out here back then. How times have changed! you can see the wannabe Blackhawk pop up in the distance but the land immediately surrounding the reservoir and the Marsh House is California's newest State Park called Marsh Creek State Park. No one seems to know when it will open so for now you can enjoy this Multi. This cache involves two plaques. The Given Coords are for the first plaque. The second plaque is immediately across the street. Be careful when crossing the street. It can be kinda crazy during commute hours.
