On this location there is a hidden Cache. There is multiple steps involved to keep this Cache from getting destroyed by YOU.
step 1. lift up on the hide enough to pop the top.
step 2. Pull down the the second piece from the harness.
step 3. Tip the one peice over to find the tool you need to complete the find,
step 4. When putting this puzzle back together don't put the bottom piece in from the top down; go from the bottom up.
step 5. Put the bottom piece up far enough to clasp the top part back on.
step 6. put it back to how you found it. (hopefully in good shape from the previous Cacher).
