Rules for this puzzle: No intentional red herrings, no oddball (fishiness) methods of presenting coordinates (UTM, for example, or also having coordinates read backwards), and no leaving off the N32 and W97 just to make it more difficult. There may be more than one layer on this puzzle. Collaboration is allowed and you may ask me for hints after there has been a FTF.
Sometimes, with a puzzle, you are not even looking for coordinates. These are called password, or keyword, puzzles and you are, instead, looking for some kind of password or keyword.
Certitude checkers are extremely useful for this. You drop in a password, click certify my solution, and if you are correct, Certitude will provide the coordinates to your destination - and sometimes an extra hint. What is nice about certitude, especially if you haven’t noticed, it will tell you if you are looking for coordinates or a keyword (just in case the CO slyly doesn't tell you which).
Keyword puzzles open up the gauntlet of what you can do with a puzzle - no longer are you restricted to solving something to get the exact digits of coordinates you need. Certitude, specifically, can even be used to add stages to your puzzles. After you solve one puzzle it provides you with the next puzzle... And a link to the next certitude checker. I've often thought Certitude would be an interesting way to implement a "Choose Your Own Adventure" puzzle; however, I've never taken the time to create one =).
For this puzzle you are trying to figure out what I'm trying to tell you with my collage of pictures.

Puzzle Solving Tools - If I don't discuss a particular tool below in the paragraphs above, you may assume I did not use it for this puzzle; however, it may be useful for puzzles of similar style.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
A NOTE TO PUZZLE COs: Keyword puzzles are fantastic; however, they can be overly, and unintentionally, vague. When using a keyword puzzle I highly recommend making it obvious how to come up with the keyword (solve this sodoku and input the bottom row as the keyword), or provide a clue on the length and spacing of the keyword (I like to call this the hangman technique and it is what I used for this puzzle).
