Oak View Park Greenspace

It's time for the Autumn CITO week, and the city of Sioux Falls could use YOUR help!

And you can earn a souvenir for participating.

We'll meet at 1 PM and plan to stay about an hour, depending on how much litter is in the area. (Last time I was there I was placing a cache and noticed plenty of garbage hanging in the trees and all over the ground)

Trash bags will be provided. If you wish to use gloves or a picker-upper tool, be sure to bring your own. The terrain has a possibility of being wet, (the terrain is hilly with long grass and wooded areas) so wear appropriate footwear.

If you decide you physically can't participate, you're still more than welcome to attend by handing out trash bags in the parking area, directing people where to go, and picking up trash in the parking area.

I talked with the City of Sioux Falls Parks & Rec and they will be providing the trash bags and will pick up the pile of trash when we are done piling it up.
