There are nice areas along river levee to walk, but what are these sandy areas? Does it has something to do with the floodplain water control? Maybe someone screwed up an put the beach too far away.
It is very hard to find and well camoed. There is no motor vehicles allowed on the levee and the nearby forested area is no trespassing.
