Be Bright Traditional Cache

Whenever I go by this area, I wonder why someone hasn't placed a cache here. Hmmm. Maybe a mystery lands here. There's no need to be searching suspiciously around the cars or in the street or in the foliage. There's only one good place to put this container. Be Bright about your search. Container is sort of bright for the location but should be okay even in winter. Stay aware of traffic. Using your geosenses rather than your GPS is best here for your own safety. It's a busy place.
