Geocache Description:


Newton Aycliffe was formed in 1947 but addition of Woodham Village wasn't until 1983. Made up of many wooded paths and parks between small housing developments means this is a perfect location for a number of caches.

This one is hidden just across the main road, Woodham Way from Woodham Park a little way along one of the paths that make up the Great Aycliffe Way a 5 1/2 mile route around the town as a whole.
