Geocache Description:

On My Way To Samuel De Champlain Provincial Park I Ran Across This Little Lookout Area. I Stopped To Grab The Traditional And Thought Hmmm There Should Be An Earthcache Here! So Now There is! When The Ice From The Glaciers Started To Retreat From This Area the Nipissing Basin Formed A Extension Of Georgian Bay. Because Of The Weight Of This Ice (It Was Huge!) Had Caused The Land To Depress. Which Made A Outlet To The Ottawa Valley For The Waters Of The Great Lakes Basin. When The Ice Retreated Lake Nipissing Drained West Which Formed The French River.
