The caches are hidden along the road in front of the main building of CHOSUN University.
The main building is the one of the most iconic pieces of architecture, and estimated as the representative building of symbolizing Gwangju because of its unique shape; is the main building of Chosun University. Standing above the university campus, and in front of a mountain range, this wonderful site began its construction in 1947. Faced with many challenges and difficulties because of the Korean War and the economic crisis that this country faced during this time, the Chosun College Founder’s Association, the staff and student’s parents finally were able to complete the project 8 years later.

It was the first private university in Korea, and the first classes of the school, then called Kwangju Evening Academy, were held on September 29, 1946. It was renamed Chosun Academy shortly thereafter, and became a college in 1948. It became a university at the beginning of the 1953 school year, at which time the graduate school was also established.
Originally the main building was of 5 gable-roofed structure, but it was extended in both sides, forming 19 gable-roofed structure instead, with 370 meter building length.
