Cuilcagh: This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
It has been reported that the cache is only a logbook in a plastic bag. This is covered under the local Guidelines for Ireland. Plastic bags shouldn't be used as animals tend to eat them and they create a horrible damp environment that after a while becomes filled with algae and slugs.
The following is a quote from your cache description:

plastic bag
In my experience these make very poor cache containers as they aren't waterproof and are very fragile. In a very short space of time they will weaken and the contents will get damp, wet and eventually destroyed. I would highly recommend changing this for a more robust and waterproof container.
