Ever since I started geocaching, I am amazed to find so many parks and trails in any residential area. This residential area is no exception. In the area of this cache is hidden, I'm surprised to see the big difference in topography. This is my first multi-cache hide. Please use recommended parking waypoint but you can park anywhere near all the waypoints. Please note street signs as not all roads are allowed to park on both ways. You may go to the waypoints in any order but I suggest you start at first stage and go to final stage in order.
First Stage: You will see a telephone number to call for unauthorized vehicles: 905-884-TTTT.

WP2: You will find 2 signs. The signs that show the names of the streets.
How many letters are there on the shorter street name (do not include St or Rd)?
Answer = U
How about the number of letters on the longer street name? = V
(U + V + 169)/3 = BC
Walk across this park towards the next waypoint. It's amazing to see such big trees in this new housing development area.
WP3: Here is a sign listing the "play smart" rules. Please count the total number of the words "not" and "no" on this sign. There sure are a lot of what you shouldn't do! I wonder any parents or adults ever read this sign (except fellow cachers reading now). Total number = X

Please note that parks are closed 11pm - 6am, do not cache at midnight. I've never been to the cache location in winter and therefore I set it as not winter-friendly but I will not discourage people trying to track through snow to get to the final coordinate.
Final cache is within 500m from the first waypoint. Please put the cache back and cover it as you found it. Bring your own pen.
