-The Tribble's homeworld is Iota Geminorum IV.
-According to Dr McCoy,their only two purpose in life is to eat and reproduce.
-McCoy concludes that Tribbles use over %50 of their metabolism for reproduction and are born pregnant.
-They posses both male and female reproductive organs, which make them capable of self fertilizing at will.
-Given a sufficiant food supply,a single Tribble can rise to progeny numbering up to 100,000 in two days.
-Humans first encountered them in the 2150's.
