Solution:
A= Add the 2 digits of the number of windows together.
B= Take the number of digits on the bottom set of numbers minus the number of slips.
C= Last digit of the date the mural was signed.
D= Number of boat slips
E= Number of digits on the bottom set of numbers on the electric meter.
F= First digit of the date the mural was signed.
