There is not a cache at the posted coordinates above. You will need to go to each stage to get the information for the final coordinates. You will likely need to find your own legal parking to get to each stage, including the final. However, biking would work well or you could walk, best starting at stage 1 and proceeding to each stage in sequence, or you could walk and I would project it would take less than 1.5 hours.
This is a multi-cache along Madonna and Los Osos Valley Roads and each stage (except the final) is at a painted utility box. The City of San Luis Obispo commissioned a number of artists to paint them with scenes depicting this area. There are many such distributed throughout the city.
