This series which runs the length of Sugarloaf Road features just some of the trees which were felled in the weeks following the Dunalley bush fires of 2013. Most were considered dangerous, some actually fell across the road which was closed for three days while local council and Network Tas crews worked throughout to reopen the road. As you look about you will notice there are still an alarming number of dead trees standing but of course also considerable regrowth.
