This is part of Suwon's 1st trail...where people can enjoy nature along with events such as a flower festival, citizens parade in the urban core along Seoho Stream and Suwon Stream, the representative streams of Suwon. During the BAekjae Kingdom, Suwon was called "Mosuguk", which means "a source of water".
Seoho Lake was created in 1799 for agricultural improvement in Hwaseong and renowned for its beautiful scenery in harmony with Hangmijeong Pavilion and Yeong Mountain.
