The Justice Park, formerly known as the People's Council Park, is located in the center of Timisoara, close to the Capitol cinema (where the Banat Philharmonic also operates) and the Faculty of Hydrotechnics.
The park's name comes from an old building that was to be built, the Palace of Justice, but the project was abandoned. In the middle of the park is the monument of the deportees in Bărăgan in 1951-1956.
The park was refurbished in 2015, the alleys, the lawn, the areas of flowers and trees were restored, an irrigation system was installed and the old fences on December 20, 1989 and the C.D. Loga street were removed. In the park there's a wide variety of trees and shrubs as well as many flowers: snowdrops, hyacinths, daffodils.

Parcul Justiției, cunoscut anterior drept Parcul Consiliului Popular, se află în centrul orașului Timișoara, având în apropriata vecinătate cinematograful Capitol (unde își desfășoară activitatea și Filarmonica Banatul) și Facultatea de Hidrotehnică.
Numele parcului provine de la un vechi proiect de construire în zonă a Palatului Justiției, proiect abandonat. În mijlocul parcului se află monumentul deportaților în Bărăgan în perioada 1951–1956.
Parcul a fost reamenajat în 2015, fiind refăcute aleile, gazonul, zonele de flori și copaci, s-a montat un sistem de irigare și s-au desființat gardurile de pe Strada 20 Decembrie 1989 și Bulevardul C.D. Loga. În parc se poate găsi o largă varietate de arbori și arbuști precum și foarte multe flori: ghiocei, zambile, narcise.
