From given coordinates for cache 5 take the path to the right and then round to you left. You will still see the fence to the stone pits on your left. Continue walking until you come to a timber barrier, just behind this is National Trust land. Here you can detour to a single cache (GC5VP91) and take in the wonderful seas view.
If you want a shorter route then from the timber barrier, follow the NT Bridleway sign, to your left, which will go down a steep hill. Take care here. This will bring you onto Britons Lane. Turn left at the end of the Bridleway, and continue on to cache 12.
To continue with this series, once at the timber barrier again, on your right, continue Eastwards into the woodlands, turning left down the hill (steep). Watch your footing here as there are a few roots that cross the path.
Continue through the woodland. Near the end of the woodland you will see a thatched cottage in front of you, the path veers to the right and out of the National Trust area of Beeston Regis Heath.
Once out of the woods if you have time just take a short walk to your left towards the thatched cottage and look at the view towards the sea. I think this is a special view and well worth the detour.
Once back to your location, before the small detour, take the track straight ahead of you. Here you will pass another single cache which you may want to pick up (GC6360V ) and then make your way to GZ.
Cache 6 is situated just off to the West of the track. You will need to bring a pen and you are looking for a small box which TBs could be placed in.
