The amount of times I've driven in and out of Kaikoura and eyed up the road name here and thought 'This needs a letterbox hybrid cache' is numerous. I even made up a cache, complete with stamp, stamp-pad, and separate log-book and brought it down with us a few months ago, and took it back home again as it was raining. Passing by today with blue skies and time up our sleeves mean the mail was delivered, after all Postman's Road should deliver a named cache.
When placed this 400ml Systema held log-book for cachers, and another for stampers, along with swaps and a pen. Hope you enjoy this fairly rare cache type and the first in Kaikoura. There is room to park nearby off the road a little and discreetly find the cache.
