Happy holidays to all of our geocaching friends!!!
Much thanks to the 2B's for securing this awesome venue, once again, for our annual Geocaching Holiday Party!!!
As always, we love to spend time with our friends celebrating the holidays and each other, sharing geocaching stories, laughs, and food!!!
The party will be on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 6 pm - 9 pm, and we will be gathering in the downstairs hall of the Elks Lodge, 27 Union Street, Pittsfield, MA.
The last few pot lucks have been such a success that we are going to do it all over again!!! We are asking everyone to bring their favorite holiday dish to share. We will visit and eat from 6 - 7:30 pm, followed by the 2nd annual "Ugly Sweater Contest" from 7:30 - 7:45 pm, and then enjoy a wonderful holiday swap game and gift exchange from 7:45 pm - 9 pm.
The bar will be available (at your own expense).
Please list the food item (in your log) that you will be bringing to share so we can put the menu together.
PLEASE know that the gift exchange is VOLUNTARY!!! PLEASE note that if you choose to participate THE GIFT you bring is to be VALUED at $12 - $15. We don't want people who choose to play to walk away with a gift that is not equal to the value of the gift they brought.
