Now for the Cache:
At the posted coordinates, you will find a plaque on the side of a building. There are 12 numbers on the bottom of the plaque. Take each number from left to right then top to bottom and assign them letters from A-L.
The final coordinates are revealed by substituting the numbers into the following equations:
N30 (C-D)(K-E).(L+I)(L-C)(F-A)
W095 (A+D)(J-I).(G-H+A)(B-K)(J-E)
