Alright, Target isn't REALLY French, but if you say it right, it sure sound like it could be. Instead of TAR-GET, try TAR-ZHE. See? It's kind of French. Anyhow, I know a certain portion of the US population can go to "TAR-ZHE" for one thing, come home with 73 other things, only to forget the one they thing they actually needed. Does that happen to anyone or is just my wife? Anyhow, if I had to pigeon-hole one person to hang out at "TAR-ZHE" it's this person. Find her and take her bonus info. I'm sure she won't mind.
