This geocache is one of 34 geocaches that have been placed throughout MODL by the Recreation Department, as part of the EXPLORE MODL CHALLENGE, which began, September 14, 2018. Contact the District of Lunenburg Recreation Department at recreation@MODL.ca or call us at 1-902-541-1343 for a copy of the EXPLORE MODL AUTUMN CHALLENGE PASSPORT that provides the coordinates for all 34 caches. The passport and instructions can also be downloaded at https://www.modl.ca/recreation/programs/special-events The Municipal Area Recreation Complex (MARC) has walking trail with a waterway (that many don't even know exists), 9-hole disc golf, a mountain bike skillls park, picnic tables, a fire pit, playground, baseball fields and indoor facilities etc.
