A very easy series of caches highlighting some of the quirky things found in the neighbourhood.
This is one of Calgary's most iconic sidewalk stamps. When workers made this sidewalk in 1910, they might not have imagined that their work and spelling mistake would last for a 109+ years. It is in relatively excellent shape despite its age. Throughout the neighbourhood there are other little mistakes. Backward S's, M's used instead of W's. Also there are old sidewalks with puppy prints forever embedded in time. Wander around this lovely area and see what else you can find.
Hope you enjoy these odd little finds.
Please DO NOT SEARCH THE FENCE of the home close to the cache area. It is brand new on private property and we don't want to disturb the owners.
This can be a very busy area, so stealth is required. Please bring a pen or pencil. This is a NANO so TOTT/tweezers are recommended.
