Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed in memory of my heart dog Bandit, who I lost to a brain tumour in May 2017, far too early.  He was my best friend and a constant source of joy, love, companionship and adventure.  He was also quite an athletic dog and over the years we competed in many dog sports in both Canada and the US.  Folks from Burford may have noticed that Jack Russell Terriers have taken over your fairgrounds the second weekend in September the last 3 years for the JRTCC National Trial. I attended the 2018 National Trial in Burford this weekend, and Bandit was very much on my mind and in my tears so I knew I had to leave a cache here :)

While Bandit only had the pleasure of competing here in 2016 (before that we were at the Paris fairgrounds for the National Trial) his memory will be here forever.  I chose this location as it looks out over the field where he raced (by far his most favourite!) and where we did agility.

The cache is a simple camo'd bison tube which will hopefully be easy for cachers to find but not muggles!

Congrats to Star-Runner for the FTF!!
