The reason for this placement is the name on the side of the building across the road. The cache is named (cryptically) in its honour. My initial thought was that the building might house high-end items for the fashion-conscious cacher (on second thoughts, the market for such items may be rather limited :-)). Further research indicates that items inside would not be for sale to the general public.
Look for two fence posts connected by a cross-bar. Search near the base of the left hand one.
