A cache to commemorate the rise of Leicester City, from being 'Rock Bottom' at Christmas 2014 to Champions of England the following season. Probably best not to visit on matchday as the Kingpower Stadium is very close by so the area can get very muggle heavy.
The Walkers Stadium was built in 2002 and renamed the Kingpower Stadium in 2011 following the club's takeover by Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.
There are various places to park nearby which are free on non-matchdays. Co-ordinates may be slightly off, you are looking for the area filled with trees. Please put back as found.
Edit: This is close to the 27th October helicopter crash where Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha and 4 others lost their lives. May they all rest in peace.
Leicester fans remember Vichai at home games by singing the chant:
Vichai had a dream,
To build a football team,
He came from Thailand,
But now he's one of our own,
We built from the back,
The counter attack,
Champions of England,
You made us sing that.
