Geocache Description:

******Congratulations to HansandLinda on the FTF ******

Lake Dunn lies on a cattle property so please remember that you are on private property.  According to Wikipedia, it is a freshwater lake in Queensland.  Also known as Pajingo Bola, meaning "Big Fella Waterhole" , the lake is the only wetland area in Central West Queensland  and is consequently home to a large waterfowl population.  Lake Dunn is located south of the larger Lake Galilee.

There are picnic tables and toilets provided by the council.

This cache has been hidden in a place that may be land bound in cases of severest drought or as when it was placed it was surrounded by water and you will need some form of water transport to reach it. I used a kayak as the water was not deep enough for a tinny.

This is a terrain 5 for a reason! Each cacher must land on the island before signing the log. Logs where the cache is taken to cachers who have not visited the island will be deleted. There will be people who cannot reach the island just like there are people who cannot abseil or snow ski or rock climb. Please play the game in the spirit of the guidelines.
