A to D are the alphabetical values (A=1 Z=26) of respectively:

an Irish Jacobite password
a singer given her break in opera by JL
the President's pet (no2)
E is the alphabetical value of the (plural) connector
F is the alphabetical value of the super-connector with OC88.
The cache is, as has become traditional, hidden in an appropriate location within reasonable walking distance of the given co-ordinates although you will probably have to park in the free all day car park over the river.
