I have replaced Kit Winter's Man on Wire cache!

Kit Winter wrote:

This cache is a tribute to Philippe Petit, the high-wire artist who walked between the twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York.
The cache is a medium-size container, tethered by a high wire.

The coordinates should lead you to a tiny Philippe preparing to be released on the wire once again. Once Phlippe is released the cache will be free to travel.
Bring your own pen. PLEASE replace cache apparatus the way you found it. Thanks
