For the last two years the December SOS event has been a flash mob in front of the Christmas tree in Stafford. This year it's coming to Newcastle, in front of the Guildhall, where I held my first caching event over 4 years ago.
That time I had everyone singing Jingle Bells - in June. However I wasn't actually there, I was on a plane somewhere over the Alps at that point! This time I will be at my own event, so come and join us for an encore of Jingle Bells, this time at the right time of year, plus possibly other Christmas songs if we so wish, on Saturday 8 December from 6 to 6-30.
Afterwards we'll probably head off somewhere local for food.
No parking available in the immediate vicinity of GZ, but there are plenty of places round - most carparks are now not free after 6pm but much of the on street parking is, particularly just to the north of the town centre.
