Please use some stealth for the find as it can be a busy spot, but you'll be able to see most people coming. Please replace carefully to ensure it remains out of plain sight and protected from the weather.
The puzzle was partially inspired by a tough but fun puzzle I had looked at for a couple of years on and off. I knew what I needed to do and even had a "tool" for the task, but I was missing the key to unlock the code. After many months, I was finally able to get the solve after getting "A Little (extra) Help" at an event that directed me further down a direction I had travelled but turned back after not getting very far.
The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates on Stoney Trail. So please don't park on the Stoney Trail Bridge over the Bow River!

This puzzle will likely be a bit of a solitairy endeavour to decode the message, though you may need to put out a call for help. You will almost certainly need to find the key rather than use a brute force approach since the deck is stacked against you. Once you get the to the last column, the AB news will give you what you seek. OK ? Now I should get back to the newspaper...
