The path to SuperBowl GC requires finding all of the appropriate QuarterBack caches, recording the clues placed in/on each of them, and then putting those clues in the correct order to find the cache at 40°23.ABC', -079°53.DEF' where the values of ABCDEF are the clues found at each QuarterBack cache, but in an order that makes sense for this SuperBowl cache. That's the puzzle you must solve.

NOTE: Charlie Batch does not actually fit in with the rest of the QuarterBacks, but I live in the Steel Valley and my kids attend school in Steel Valley. Charlie's contributions to the district are so great that I didn't feel that I could leave him out of this puzzle. Since he doesn't quite fit the mold, I will tell you that his clue goes into position F in the puzzle.
Once you have the coordinates correct, this is a pretty easy P&G. The difficulty rating is all about the puzzle. The actual find should be a 1 or 1.5 for seasoned geocachers
