Everywhere you Go these days you see people with their heads down looking at their phones. Sadly not all of them are geocaching. What could they be doing?
There are three stages to the puzzle.
Stage 1: Fill in the grid. No repeats. Two squares are already filled in with the correct characters in black.

Stage 2: Arrange the characters you got for each of the white lettered or numbered squares from the grid into these sequences.
ABCD EFGH IJK LMN OPQ

Stage 3: Find the final coordinates.
There is a local cache maintainer. Thank you.
2021 update: Unfortunately it has just been picked up that there is a small and subtle error in one square which many of us missed for a very long time. It is where there is a blue and green square which is 2 down and 4 to the right of the Q square. Thanks atsmug for spotting this. Please contact the CO if you come across this and need help.
