Pah Homestead Rocks!
Pah Homestead and the surrounding Monte Cecilia Park is a delightfully maintained public park located in Hillsborough, Auckland. The house itself is based on Queen Victoria and Prince Albert's Osborne House. For tree lovers there are a number of magnificent tree specimens, particularly Moreton Bay Figs but a number of others too. The homestead is now home to an art gallery and cafe. Dogs are welcome at the park and the natural ampitheater area is off leash. Enjoy your visit to the park and there are now a number of caches you can get on your walk around.
If you park in Budock Road, the cache is practically a park and grab or you can park in the main carpark and enjoy a walk around the grounds. For the cache, you're looking for a garden - no need to tear the place up, simply focus on the corners and you can't go wrong. The cache is a bison hidden in something slightly bigger. There is no room for swag and you will need to bring your pen.
