Geocache Description:

The Fetherston Gardens, named after Gerald Henry (Tony) Fetherston MBE, horticulturalist, landscape designer and educator, are hidden away in Weston.  Well developed trees, shrubs and garden beds make a delightful setting for a picnic, with plenty of room to stretch out on the grass, maybe even have a look at the koi pond, with resident pobblebonks.... in a quiet corner of the gardens is a memorial plaque at which you will find information to help you locate the cache.  The posted coordinates will take you there.

To calculate the location of the cache, at the plaque, count the number of letters in the title.  Subtract this number from the Southing decimal minutes.

Then count the number of words on the plaque (note the acronym is counted as one word), and multiply this by the number of times the word Gallipoli appears on the plaque.  The result is X.  Add together the individual numbers in the ANZAC centenary year and multiply this by the total number of punctuation marks on the plaque.  The result is Y.  There are two plants mentioned that are prefixed with the word Gallipoli, add together the number of letters in each of the plants (not including the word Gallipoli).  The result is Z.  Subtract (X minus Y minus Z) from the Easting decimal minutes.
