This is a reworked cache of a popular West End landmark

This is a two-stage multi-cache, leading to a small container at a busy location, so stealth and your own writing implement will be required.
The starting point is in front of West End's war memorial, at the junction of West End Road and Botley Road. The cache is a short distance away. The cache and the war memorial are available 24 hours a day. The war memorial was erected on its current site soon after the First World War in rough hewn stone with leaded letters. The Celtic cross is flanked by two irregularly-shaped tablets bearing dedicating inscriptions. Originally, the left-hand inscription was mounted on the memorial itself but was moved to the tablet a few decades later.

A is the number of tiers on the memorial plinth up to the cross
B is the number of family members mentioned on the back of the memorial
C is the number of people commemorated with the name Jubilee
D is the number of even numbers written upon the cross and plinth minus one
E is the square root of the total number of people commemorated on the left hand stone
F is the number of words in the second line on the right-hand stone
