Safra Square (Hebrew: כיכר ספרא, Kikar Safra) is the site of Jerusalem's city hall. The compound was named for Jacob and Esther Safra, parents of the Lebanese-Jewish philanthropist Edmond J. Safra. Construction began in 1988 but was only completed in 1993.
At the entrance of the complex is Daniel Garden, named for Jerusalem mayor Daniel Auster. The garden contains several works of art: a sculpture based on a large, working Archimedes' screw that carries water up from a small pool, "Modern Head"; a sculpture by Roy Lichtenstein donated in memory of assassinated prime minister Yitzhak Rabin; and "The Binding of Isaac" by Jerusalem sculptor Avraham Ofek. כיכר ספרא היא אחת הכיכרות הגדולות בירושלים, הממוקמת בתחילתו של רחוב יפו שבמרכז העיר, ממערב לחומות העיר העתיקה. הכיכר נבנתה בשנת 1993, כחלק מבניית הקומפלקס של קריית עיריית ירושלים. היא קרויה על שם יעקב ואסתר ספרא, הוריהם של יוסף ואדמונד ספרא, אנשי עסקים יהודים ונדבנים ידועים יוצאי העיר חלב שבסוריה, שפעלו רבות למען ירושלים, ותרמו מכספם לבניית הכיכר.
בפי תושבי ירושלים, נקראת היום כל קריית עיריית ירושלים הבנויה סביב הרחבה המרכזית בשם כיכר ספרא.
בקצה הכיכר, על יד גן דניאל, עומד פסל סביבתי הממחיש טכנולגיית שאיבת מים קדומה הקרויה 'בורג ארכימדס', לידו נמצא הרדיו ומתחתיו המטמון - מיקום מדויק בתמונה המצורפת.
